Bayelsa LGA Chairman Commission 200 Meters road project, eulogize Diri for grassroots development

The Chairman of Ekeremor local Government Area, Hon Isaac Onniye, has poured in encomium on the Executive Governor of Bayelsa state, Sen. Douye Diri, for prioritizing grassroots development. Hon. Onniye Commissioned a Completed 200-Meter X 6 Concrete Walkway in Isrealo Zion Community today.
The Isrealo Zion Community in Ekeremor Local Government Area celebrated a landmark achievement as the project, which marks a significant step toward infrastructural development, was met with joy and a massive turnout of community members.
During the event, Hon. Onniye expressed his gratitude to the Bayelsa State Government, led by Governor Douye Diri, for prioritizing grassroots development.
He commended the efforts of Hon. Barr. Deme Pamosoo, Chairman of the Ekeremor Rural Development Authority (RDA), for her dedication and capacity in delivering the project.
In his speech, Hon. Onniye said, “As Chairman of Ekeremor Local Government, I am immensely proud to commission this walkway for the people of Isrealo Zion Community”
“This project exemplifies the tremendous work being done by the Prosperity Government under the leadership of His Excellency Senator Douye Diri”
“The Governor and his Deputy are committed to developing Bayelsa State across all the three senatorial districts, and this walkway is a testament to their vision so I dedicate this project to God.”
He reassured the community that more development initiatives would follow, emphasizing his administration’s commitment to improving the living conditions of rural communities.
Following the commissioning, Hon. Onniye visited the palace and church auditorium of King Samylo of Isrealo Zion, where he was warmly received and entertained.
King Samylo Elias expressed his gratitude to Governor Douye Diri, Deputy Governor Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, and Hon. Onniye for their efforts in bringing this essential project to the community.
King Samylo stated, “We deeply appreciate the Governor, the Deputy Governor, and Hon. Onniye for this walkway project and the ongoing progress across Ekeremor LGA and Bayelsa State.
We appeal for more developmental projects to further enhance our community.”
