Bayelsa: United Ekeni Kingdom confers Chieftaincy title On Hon. Saboh

The United Ekeni Kingdom of Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa state has conferred a Chieftaincy title on Honorable Selekebina T Saboh.
In a Facebook post as sighted by our correspondent today, where a plank, neck and wrist Chieftaincy beads and a walking Stick were presented to Seles by Chief Pereboh Abiri.
According to Abiri, he was sent by Hon. Seles Saboh to represent him (Seles) graced an occasion on his behalf of which Saboh had supported financially, and so, the group of the council of Chiefs had decided that a Chieftaincy title be given to Seles Saboh for his benevolent to the Ekeni Kingdom.
The Chieftaincy title, with the inscription “Bratua-Ibe Prewei of Ekeni Kingdom” meaning, someone who give an helping hand to the Ekeni Kingdom.
Chief Abiri who presented the insignia to Seles Saboh, noted that, the Ekeni Kingdom truly appreciated his benevolent toward them, that he is one of the High Chiefs in the Ekeni Kingdom, that at any time there is a gathering in the kingdom, Seles Saboh is meant to sit among the high chiefs in the Ekeni Kingdom.
Chief Seles Saboh is one of the illustrious sons of Egbemo-Angalabiri, in Ekeremor local government Area of Bayelsa state, a one time Chairman of the local government council.
