Ndiomu Tow this same line, he never succeeded — Passman Akpos write Otuaro Open Letter

Dear Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro, The Administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme, I pray this letter meet you well in sound health.
My name is Passman Akpos, one of the Beneficiaries of the presidential Amnesty programme. The one you sued with a billion Naira Lawsuit.
In the cause of your emergence as the Administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme, I happens to be one of the figures who fought vigorously during the last Interim Administrator of the programme, in the person of Maj. Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu.
As a person, and as a son of the Niger-Delta, as a full blooded Ijaw son, I hated oppression and when I sees it, I fight – and so Ndiomu came into the scene as Interim Administrator during former president Buhari’s Administration. On the first month of his appointment, he delisted over 3,000 delegates of the programme, paused payment of BVN affected accounts, tagged delegates “fraud Stars”, so I fought, petitioned him before the house of representative, made numerous media publications. Instead of doing the needful by reinstating the delisted delegates he went ahead with the process of intimidation, using divide and rule system, were some greedy ones among the Beneficiaries joined him.
One of those days, I was in Abuja, In Apo De-suite Hotel, they came in a commando style, ransacked the whole Hotel in search of me to arrest me but they never succeeded, the following day was supposed to be our appearance day at the federal House of representative, so we appeared and reported all that has transpired and not too long, the almighty Ndiomu was sacked.
You were appointed in his stead and the whole Niger-Delta, Beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty programme inclusive, were happy that the dark days were over, that the saviour as come, that you were ones in the creek and understand the pains and aspirations of the common Beneficiaries of the presidential Amnesty programme. you need to see how drinks flooded the tables to celebrate your arrival, of cause I don’t drink Alcohol but I was sited among other leaders with my bottle water, to enjoy the moment.
Just like Ndiomu, they came from Yenagoa Bayelsa state with some Police men from Puff Ada, to arrest me in order to silence my mouth with some greedy leaders who advised Ndiomu wrongly. The same thing has repeated itself, the same police men, the same set of people and the same puff Ada.
When they finished with you, they will run away as soon as their evil advised as yielded the desired fruit just like what they did to Ndiomu.
I was told that Mr Owoupele Eneoriekumoh Owous was arrested through your order, using Salvation Ibena Rufus, one of the Leaders of the second Phase presidential Amnesty programme, by men of Nigeria Police force, Puff Ada in Yenagoa with the allegations that he committed cyber bullying, the same pattern, the same method, and the same greedy Leaders with the same evil advice.
Owoupele has just demanded for the increment of the monthly 65k, stipend, of cause the budget of 65 billion has been increased to over a 100billion and the right thing to do at this moment is to increase the monthly stipend for peace to reign, is the desire of every right thinking beneficiary of the presidential Amnesty programme. Arresting him is not the best thing.
The Administrator sir, just a reminder, your public image is really going down by this singular act, the creek is angry, what goes around, comes around, power is transient, the best thing to do is to use power to build men when you have it, not to intimidate them, the opportunity you have today, you might not have it tomorrow if you don’t use it in the right direction.
God our creator is watching every of our move, here on earth, he has the final say. As a person, I have experienced several attempts of assassination in this your Administration, but one thing I know, “greater his he, that is in me, than he that is in world!”. I have Jesus!
Ndiomu never succeeded in this route, it damaged his image beyond repair, please sir, have a rethink and write your name in the sand of time.
Yours Faithfully,
PASSMAN AKPOS,
