PAP Beneficiaries laments, rain curses on Amnesty Boss As December monthly stipend yet to reflect

Cross section of Beneficiaries of the presidential Amnesty Programme lamented, rained curses on the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD. as they failed to receive their monthly stipends for the month of December 2024.
The Beneficiaries lamentation as gathered by Tarakirivoice today, that, “Otuaro is the worst Administrator that has ever coordinated the presidential Amnesty Programme. Since his inception as the Administrator of the Programme, he has been selective in the payment of stipend and Sending of delegates for scholarship Programme, always complaining of one issue or the other, either network problems or glitches as they use to put it. If he pays bulk today, then those receiving single payments will wait for over weeks the next month, is it that the money for the thirty thousand delegates is not complete again”
The Beneficiaries who were receiving their monthly stipends from the United Bank of Africa (UBA) Lamented that “Otuaro has a nice time with his family during the Christmas season, but we had nothing for the Christmas, Our children slept with empty stomach on Christmas, No Merry making with family members, even this our small 65k he cease it, making selective payment with no information as to why our bank accounts are empty, keeping us in the dark. If things continue in this manner, we are going to revolt soon, the new year will be ushered in with a very massive and terrible protest for a start” they noted.

According to Comrades Marcus Tariye Charles” The visionary leadership of late president Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, whom on his own, granted the Niger Delta the amnesty program wasn’t a mistake.
His ideologies towards the innovations, for the people of the Niger Delta, I believe is not what is happening to the program.
In otherwords, some selfish, greedy and wicked leaders, have killed the dreams and visions of late Mr president Umaru Musa Yar’Adua towards the PAP.
It’s a pity, I may say this is not what we fight for, the blueprint of the pap has been thrown away with the slogan, “my family and I”
