PAP: Otuaro slammed Passman Akpos, Tarakirivoice Newspaper Enterprise One billion Naira Lawsuit as Passman Akpos confirms assassination attempt

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD. has slammed Passman Akpos and Tarakirivoice Newspaper Enterprise with a one billion Naira Lawsuit.
The Lawsuit, with suit number BYHC/YHC/CU/183/2025 was filed on the second day of May 2025 at Yenagoa high Court, Bayelsa state.
According to the activist who spoke to our correspondent after receiving the writ of summon from the court baylif, noted that prior to the Lawsuit, he had received an assassination attempt, a call from a strange phone number, when checked by Tarakirivoice through Truecaller, the name reads ” Rick Dollar (Julius)”. The caller was luring Passman Akpos to come and meet with them that there is a contract for him, when asked the nature of the contract, the caller explained that is based on his (Passman )field of study and they seriously insisted that he meet with them physically that day, in order to seal the deal. Luckily for him, he was not in town, so he told them that his not around that he travelled, they insisted to know where his exact location of which he declined after studying the urgency, and desperacy on the voices on the other end.
On Tuesday, the 6th of may, 2025, another strange number called, The name obtained by Tarakirivoice through Truecaller, reads, “Police Tradefair Denis Y Hotel”

” Later, Later, you will know, but don’t ask of my name, I won’t ask of your name, if you are in your house, do you hear me?, if you are in your house, step out, if anybody, if is your friend, very close friend sef, called you and asked where you are, don’t pick, don’t disclose your location, you dey hear me?”
” If you like, don’t take this information serious, I say don’t call me, don’t save my number, but I don’t know you and I choose to give you this information from a very reliable source”
“My phone was used to send a text with your number to somebody and the person called to say he knows somebody who knows your house, so I don’t know what happened”
” There are two men, two young men, that were discussing, they were asking someone to show them your house, the person said he is going to ask another person who knows your house, do you hear me?, “So who ever called you to ask, as I am talking, am talking from Yenagoa here. So who ever called you, where you dey, just tell him a distance place, and if you are in your house just step out and cool-off in another place, do you hear me?”
” Thank you and Godbless you, I don’t know you and I don’t want to know you but my spirit say I should pass this information to you”
” So, thank you very much, I don’t know if they are your true friends or you offended them or something, but I just say let me pass this information to you”
“If you call me now, I will not pick your call at all, but may be later in the day if you call me I can describe the way I can describe to you but just let me alone call you, thank you”
“I am not from this town, I came here for a business and am going back, I don’t have any business here, highest, by Friday I should be back to my state. But they can not use my phone to send your number then tomorrow if something happened they will use it to trace me, that’s why am calling to tell you, I don’t know this town too much I would have say let us see”
” I would have describe them to you but I don’t want you to call me, and I don’t want you to know me because once they know that it is me, am a stranger here, they might do anything to me”
“As soon as they go or maybe I will stand up and go as if am going to where am lodging, then we can talk well but now I don’t. Just be careful, be very, very careful “
On Wednesday, the 7th of may 2025, the strange number called again.

“Did anybody called you?, ok, you know who dey talk to you?, I just want to confirm if anybody called you yesterday, please, please, please, don’t give any body my number and I will advise you, if is one week or two weeks, you leave Bayelsa, leave port Harcourt, Leave Delta, leave Benin, find another place, stay for like two weeks”
“Can you hear me? In fact leave the south-south, even north, west,do you hear me? Thank you!”
At the time of filing this report, Tarakirivoice can confirm that details as already been sent to the police for further investigation.
