Nigeria’s political temperature has shot into the red zone as outspoken Urhobo rights advocate, Comrade Onoriode Umukoro, unleashed an explosive tirade accusing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of “Yorubalising Nigeria’s diplomatic space”, igniting fierce tribal, political, and ideological battles across the nation.
In a fiery statement now shaking social media platforms from Delta to Lagos, Umukoro questioned the ethnic composition of Tinubu’s 32 ambassadorial nominees, blasting what he described as a “brazen 1/3 Yoruba takeover in a country of over 150 tribes.
At the center of the storm stands Reno Omokri, whose recent ambassadorial nomination triggered a cascade of ethnic scrutiny, ancestral excavations, and political outrage.
