PAP Boss Grieves With Asu Beks Over Wife’s Painful Exit

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Mrs. Helen Asu Beks, wife of renowned maritime journalist and publisher, Elder Asu Beks.
Dr. Otuaro said he received the news of Mrs. Beks’ passing at the age of 58 with profound shock, describing it as a painful and heartbreaking loss that has created a huge vacuum not only in the family but also in the larger community.
He paid tribute to Mrs. Beks as a strong woman, devoted mother and dependable pillar who stood firmly by her husband, children, and the entire family throughout her lifetime.
The PAP Administrator extended his deepest sympathy to Elder Beks, their children and the extended family, urging them to remain steadfast and draw strength from God during this period of grief.
He further prayed for God’s comfort, guidance and fortitude for the bereaved family, asking that the soul of Mrs. Beks find eternal rest.
