Nigeria’s political landscape has been thrown into a storm of controversy following explosive revelations that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has allegedly distributed high-end vehicles to state coordinators of a newly activated nationwide political mobilisation network — all while insecurity continues to spiral across the country.
According to multiple insider sources, the presentation ceremony took place quietly on Monday in Abuja, where the selected coordinators of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors — a nationwide political machinery reportedly spearheaded by Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma — gathered to receive their vehicles and fresh instructions for the 2027 presidential campaign.
Each coordinator reportedly walked away with three luxury vehicles:
A brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep,
A Toyota Hilux,
And a Hummer bus—all allegedly procured as part of an early 2027 mobilisation structure.
But the real shock came with the financial directive.
One source said:
> “Each state was told to contribute N1 billion to the Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ purse for Asiwaju’s 2027 campaign. Everything was done under Governor Uzodimma’s supervision.”
Another insider confirmed that President Tinubu’s recent public endorsement of Uzodimma as Renewed Hope Ambassador was not a symbolic gesture but part of a wider, well-oiled political machine already in motion.
