Governor Siminalaye Fubara of Rivers State has directed the Rivers State Civil Service to commence the process of physical interview and documentation of successful candidates for the 2023 Rivers State Government Recruitment Exercise.
The process is expected to commence by 8:am on Monday, 18th September, 2023.
Recall that the immediate past administration had promised 5,000 jobs and directed qualified applicants to apply through the Commission’s online portal and physical means last year.
In a statement by the Commission’s Chairman, Dr. Clifford Ndu Walter, said text messages would be sent successful candidates in batches through the official lines of the commission.
“Candidates are expected to come along with evidence of text messages, 2passport photographs, original and photocopies of credentials and either of the following means of identification: Drivers license, International Passport, National Identification Number (NIN) printout and/or Permanent Voters Card,” he stated.
The statement also warned against uninvited applicants in and around the Commission’s premises as anyone found would have him/herself to blame.
