Fulham star Alex Iwobi is looking forward to the start of new Premier League season.
The Whites rounded up their pre-season campaign with a 2-0 win over Bundesliga club Hoffenheim on Saturday.
Iwobi made both goals for Emile Smith Rowe and Adama Traore.
The Nigeria international declared afterwards that he can’t wait for the new campaign to kick-off.
“It’s good that we were able to get the result, get some minutes in the legs. I’m very tired right now but feeling sharp and ready for the season to start,” he told Fulham’s official website.
“If I can’t score at least I’m able to create chances for my team-mates and Smith Rowe and Adama Traore are going to put those chances away. It’s not just them – there are so many goal threats in this team.”
