The Nigeria Metereological Agency (Nimet) has predicted that Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be sunshine and thunderstorms across the country.
The weather forecast was released on Tuesday, 6th April, 2021, in Abuja by the agency, NIMET predicted that on Wednesday northern region will experience sunny skies during the morning hours, with the chance of isolated thunderstorms over parts of Taraba state during the afternoon and evening, with the risk of thunderstorm activity over parts of the federal capital territory, Nasarawa and the United States. However, Nimet forecast partly cloudy skies over the southern island and coastal towns with the risk of isolated thunderstorms over parts of Lagos, Cross River, Ogun, Edo, Ondo, Delta, Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom during the afternoon and evening
