Lokpobiri, Lyon suspension, failed political mathematics -Ex-militant Accused Sylva of behind plan

A Prominent Niger-Delta Ex-militants Leader and a bigwig in the All progressives Congress in Bayelsa state, Chief Preye Alamene has Accused the former Minister of Petroleum for state, Chief Timipre Sylva of plotting the Suspension of Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri and Chief David Lyon by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Alamene in a statement made available to Tarakirivoice, accused the former Governor, called him a desperate politician who goes any length for his own political gain without minding whose Ox is gored.
Preye further reiterated that, “All those that were used by this wicked politician, Especially the ones that are the kins men to Lokpobiri, are foolish and stupid at the same time.
Recall, the All Progressives Congress has suspended the Minister of State, Petroleum Resources (Oil), Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, and the party’s 2019 governorship candidate in Bayelsa State, David Lyon, for alleged anti-party activities.
The suspension extends to the state Commissioner for Power, Kharim Kumoko, Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Peres Biewari, former APC state chairman, Mr Jothan Amos, an ex-officio member of the National Executive Council, Godbless Diriwari and Southern Ijaw APC Youth Leader, Sabi Morgan.
A party stakeholder and APC Chairman, Ward 3 Southern Ijaw, Omiebi Fuoebi, including all ward executive members as well as the APC Ward 4 Southern Ijaw, Mr Claudius Odobu and all the ward executive members, were all suspended by the party.
Briefing journalists separately on Friday in Yenagoa, the state capital, the Chairman of APC in Ekeremor Local Government Area, Mitin Eniekenemi Senator, flanked by the local government executive members, handed Lokpobiri and Kumoko indefinite suspension.
Alamene noted, “I pity some people, like the so called Mitin Eniekenemi Senator who led the press conference to suspend his own brother, forgetting that in the history of the Leadership of the Ministry of petroleum resources ,Daniel Etete has ones hold the office, who is from Kolokuma/Opokuma, Edmund Daukoru, from Nembe, Mrs Allison Madueke from Yenagoa, and the wicked Chief Timipre Sylva from Brass Local government area. We didn’t hear anything, noise from those local government; not to talk of organizing a Press Conference against their own.
But today, you are in support of one Press conference, following those who are enemies of progress from the pit of hell, that has not impacted any life in their families, trying to suspend a minister, who has impacted his people and a pillar in the party.
The Ex-warlord stressed that, These two leaders, Lokpobiri and Lyon who are from ward 8 Ekeremor and ward 4 southern Ijaw respectively are pillars in the Bayelsa state led All Progressives Congress and anything affecting them is affecting the party in the state.
The Ex-agitator called on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ahmed Bola Tinubu as a matter of urgency, call for the immediate reversal of the suspension leveled against them by the party.
