The presiding pastor of Salvation Ministries (Home of success), Pastor David Ibiyeomie, has urged Christians globally to be obedience to God even in their giving, seen that prosperity is a reward of obedience.
David Ibiyeomie, in his message to Christians on Sunday, 18th April 2021, “Manifesting Abundance” said, covenant practice makes one to enjoy the Blessings of God.
“God wants all men saved but that He wants all men saved doesn’t mean everyone will be saved except, you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
“He wants all men to prosper does not mean that you will prosper except you follow the principles that makes you to prosper. The silver is His and the gold is His, so He has the power to make you wealthy.
“Don’t wait for the right timing to give, you give also in the midst of when things are not okay for things to be okay. Ecclesiastes 11: 46”, he said.
David Ibiyeomie said, Christians can also be wealthy when they bless other people, the only ways to walk out of poverty are; Hate poverty, Have confidence in God and His word, Think properly, Acquire knowledge, Be a covenant practitioner Matthew 22:37-38 and Walk in obedience.
“Your obedience to God’s instructions will determine your distinction”, he said.
He also said, God responds to our obedience as Christians, not our needs, for it’s our obedience in Tithing that attracts God’s favour in our life.
“God responds to seed and not to emotions”, he said.
