“You claim to send N-Power payment alerts nationwide, use same network for electronic transmission of INEC results” – Reno tells Buhari

A renowned activist, former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has berated the Buhari led federal government of rejecting the portion of the electoral Act supporting the electronic transfer of results.
Recall, on Thursday the APC had held a series of meetings with the APC leadership in the Senate and the House of Representative to seek support for the rejection of the portion of the Electoral Act supporting the electronic transfer of results.
It was learnt that party leaders were uncomfortable with the potential damage the clause could cause if allowed to pass without modification.
Omokri in a statement made available online said, “ the Buhari junta rejected electronic transmission of results because they claim only 43 percent of Nigeria is covered, let me prove to you that they are liars”.
Stressing that, the same government claimed that they sent N-Power payment alerts to every local government Area in Nigeria. “please research it, which network did they use to achieve that” he added.
“ they insist that all Nigerians must submit their SIM/NIN details to terror sympathizer Pantami, in order for NCC to trace criminal wherever they are”
“then with the same mouth they now say INEC should not transmit results electronically because we don’t have a nationwide network” stating that, one argument cancels out the other, he said.
