Increase PAP monthly stipend from 65k to 113k, focus only on original Beneficiaries — Marbo tells Otuaro
.......N1,500 daily allowance is not okay for PAP beneficiaries

“From 2009 till date, the daily feeding of the original beneficiaries remains 1,500 Naira which accumulate to Thirty (30) days of 45,000 Naira and 31 days of 46,500 with the monthly allowance of 20,000 makes it 65,000.00 and 66,500.00 naira monthly stipends for the originally documented ex-combatants of PAP. I wish to draw the attention of the Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro, to make the daily feeding of the Ex-combatants to 3,000 Naira per day which will make it 30 days, 90, 000.00 and 31 days, 93,000.00 with the monthly allowance of 20,000 make it 110,00 and 113,000 Naira monthly”
These were the words of a former Head of the peace building unit of the presidential Amnesty programme, Chief Diplomat Amb. Adam. E. O. O. Marbo, National President ND-PYLF.
According to the former peace building unit boss,in a personally signed statement, admonished the Administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD, to Focused on the Original beneficiaries who drop their Arms and Ammunition from various camps through data management Unit for Training and Empowerment programmes to sustain and enjoy their sacrifices. And increased the presidential Amnesty programme’s monthly stipend from N65,000 to N113,000.00 only.
Recall, recently, The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has deployed 142 beneficiaries for foreign postgraduate scholarships in the United Kingdom, as part of its mandate to enhance human capacity in the Niger Delta.
According to findings by Tarakirivoice, many of the people who benefited from that foreign scholarship were not original Beneficiaries of the programme, a source revealed to Tarakirivoice that “Many of those in that scholarship list are Otuaro’s kinsmen and hand picked of one or two original Beneficiaries to confuse the public”
The initiative, which includes a third batch of 71 students, is an “all-expenses-paid” program under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda” to boost the development of the region and country.

“Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) needs to do some important amendments to win the hearts of the original beneficiaries of the (PAP).”
“Below are the strategic amendments.
1. STIPENDS INCREMENTS:
It is important to State categorically that, Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro Ph.D, has tried his best to make sure that the Presidential Amnesty Programme yearly budgetary system should be increased under his administration.
His Excellency Ahmed Bola Tinubu GCFR makes it possible for the Increments of the budget for the administrator, to Train and empower the ex-combatants of the Presidential Amnesty Programme PAP.
Let us first of all ,appreciate High Chief Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro and His Excellency Ahmed Bola Tinubu GCFR for making the budget increment happen after 15 years of the PAP existence.

2. By Focusing on the Original beneficiaries who drop their Arms and Ammunition from various camps through data management Unit for Training and Empowerment programmes to sustain and enjoy their sacrifices.
3. The Original beneficiaries of PAP, whose data information are captured in the data management Unit, that are interested in Educational careers should be allowed to submit their information directly to the Presidential Amnesty Office, for proper verification through the Data management Department.
4. The Original beneficiaries should not be allowed to pass through the process of online applications for seeking Admission process in the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
5. The online application for Education scholarship should be made possible for only an impacted communities delegates.
6. Camp leaders who short-changed or short pay their boys stipends should be sanctioned.
Finally, all the original beneficiaries of the PAP should embrace and support the administration of the High Chief Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme PAP to succeed.
