NDDC Managing Director, Samuel Ogbuku, Arrested by Military Intelligence

In a startling development, the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, has reportedly been arrested by operatives of military intelligence.
Sources familiar with the situation confirmed that Ogbuku was taken into custody on Wednesday under undisclosed circumstances.
