“Elders Gone Wild! Pensioners Vow to Storm Streets NUDE Until FG Pays!”

Nigeria may be heading into one of the most embarrassing and explosive mass protests the country has ever witnessed, as elderly citizens, long forgotten and ignored, prepare to strip the nation of shame—literally!
The Coalition of Federal Pensioners of Nigeria has announced a nationwide naked protest, warning that on December 8, the streets of Abuja, Lagos and every state capital will be flooded by senior citizens who say they’re done with hiding wounds, hunger and humiliation.
“We Will Strip the Truth Bare!” — Pensioners Sound Warning!
In a fiery statement issued in Lagos, the coalition’s National Chairman, Mr. Mukaila Ogunbote, who also heads the Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NIPOST Chapter), disclosed that the elders will only call off their shocking march if the Federal Government immediately pays:
₦32,000 pension increment arrears, and
₦25,000 palliative allowance,both approved since 2023 but still unpaid!
> “The Federal Ministry of Finance and the Accountant General’s Office are treating us like we do not exist. If they won’t see our pain in words, they will see it in the open! All pensioners must come out en masse to fight this injustice,” Ogunbote declared.
TARGET LOCATIONS: PTAD Offices and NTA Buildings Under Siege!
The protest is expected to rock strategic national sites including:
Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) offices, and
Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) stations
The Coalition wants the media to not just air their tears but witness their suffering firsthand.
MATS, TEARS & DETERMINATION!
Ogunbote urged every affiliated union, chairman and secretary nationwide to mobilize every member—not just to show up—but to show everything hidden under their clothes.
> “We must show the wound that our clothes are covering. The protest continues until we receive alerts of the ₦32,000 increment and ₦25,000 for six months. Those who can’t come and go back should come with mats!”
In other words, some pensioners are ready to live in protest camps until justice lands in their bank accounts.
