The Head of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management unit, of the presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Diplomat Adam. E.O.O.Marbo, has admonished beneficiaries of the Programme to calm down and wait, that Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro, The Administrator of the Programme is working so hard to make sure genuine delegates are empowered.
In a statement made available to Tarakirivoice today, the Chief Diplomat noted, “Beneficiaries of PAP should be calm and wait for the positive plans of High Chief Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro Ph.D, Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme, genuine development of Reintegration of all original delegates through Formal Education, Vocational Training and Empowerment process 2024”
He added, “The present management team of the Presidential Amnesty office, are very committed and dedicated to provide effective service and genuine leadership demonstration for all beneficiaries of PAP”
“High Chief Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro Ph.D is here to change the negative narrative of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. Let us use this greater opportunity to rewrite and correct every abnormality in the system”
“It is our strong desire to see our PAP beneficiaries to be trained and empowered in all areas of ramifications” he stressed.
