The National Chairman of Phase II, Amb Kingsley Muturu has warned mischief makers to stop lying in the name of Chief Dennis Otuora, the Administrator of the presidential Amnesty Programme.
In a media chat with our correspondent today, The National Phase II Chairman, disclosed that some group of persons parading themselves as Phase II National Chairman, claiming to have been instructed by the office of Presidential Amnesty Programme, led by our able Leader, Chief Dennis Otuaro, to bring details of PHASE II leaders for the immediate bulk payment of those affected with the BVN issue.
In a WhatsApp voice note, as sighted by Tarakirivoice made by one self Acclaimed National Chairman , who claimed to be a Phase II National Chairman, calling on Leaders of Phase II, According to him, as stated in the voice note reads, “Good evening my fellow leaders, this is your Natinal Chairman, I want to inform everybody as leaders that I have finally gotten the directives today from the Presidential Amnesty Office, that all of us should apply , I Know I will not come to this forum to tell anybody what I have not heard, I like to tell us as a group the truth and nothing but the truth, the directives given is this, that we should apply and indicate our slots and the number of accounts affected by this group and the BVN and so I have made my own discretion to give a formula as a sample, and if you see this formula, is written by me the Chairman not secretary or PRO, so in this sample am giving, any where you see my name, remove it and put your name, all you need to do is to put your own details but Leave everything as the same…”
The Phase II National Chairman, Kingsley Muturu noted that the said individual is claiming to have been mandated by the Presidential Amnesty Programme to collect details of PHASE II leaders. According to Kingsley, this what he normally do for selfish purposes, using the gullible for purpose of self gain, in the detriment of others.
The National Vice Chairman, John Esuku noted, “This is always his life style, during the time of The past Interim Administrator, Maj. Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu,he played this kind of Character, worked himself to the man and caused so many problems for the man, among leaders of PHASE II and others”
“Now he has come again, to tell people what the office has not told him to do, if this things are not properly managed by the office, what transpired in the Ndiomu tenure can repeat itself in this Administration”
“When I see the Voice note I had to immediately go to the office to confirm the authenticity of the WhatsApp voice Note, and the office confirmed to me that all what he said were false. why would a reasonable person be deceiving people for only what God knows what really he wanted to gain” Kingsley Noted.
“I know Chief Dennis Otuaro has come to work for every beneficiary of the Programme and not for a particular individual, Dennis truly want to work, and he’s trying to put the house in order and very soon the glory will show”.
“I want to use this medium to warn every individual with their mischievous tendencies, trying to do things that will tarnished the good Image of the Administrator to stay clear of the Presidential Amnesty Office “
“I wonder why will someone give himself work that you were not given, this is the kind of things he did in Ndiomu’s tgenure, so they gave him a Hilux Car, thinking if he try this one he will make head way”.
“I want to call the leaders of Phase II and the general Beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme to remain calm, that the man at the helms of affairs is truly working and very soon everyone will laugh”He noted.
The chairmen of both Bayelsa and Delta state Paul Johnson and Solomon Adu also confirmed to Tarakirivoice that the said information was false, and that the office has categorically confirmed to them their stance, and denied given directives to anybody, that anyone who give their details to such individuals will do so for their own peril.
