Lokpobiri Is Voice For The Voiceless – Niger Delta Group Chieftain

The President General of Ijaw Youth Congress, IYC and newly inaugurated chairman of the Niger Delta Ethnic Nationalities Youth Leaders Forum, NDENYLF, Sir Jonathan Lokpobiri Snr has been described as the voice for the voiceless, who champions the interest of the Niger Delta people at all times.
A Chieftain of the youth leaders’ forum, Comrade Dogini Chidi made the statement on Sunday, February 23, while chatting with newsmen.
He said that Lokpobiri had been known for the promotion of peace, unity, innovation and progress in the region.
He further stated that his academic prowess, vast travels around the globe has equipped him with much experience and knowledge of how to achieve his targeted goals in any circumstance.
The Youth friendly Leader, who is from Ekpeye Ethnic Nation and the National Chairman, Ekpeye Oil and Gas Association, EOG said “Lokpobiri, who also serves as the pioneer chairman of the Niger Delta Ethnic Nationalities Youth Leaders Forum, is a bridge builder and unifier, has succeeded in bringing together the diverse ethnic groups in the region.”
Comrade Dogini, who is an oil and gas guru and also the National Leader, Ekpeye Liberation Forum, ELF, hinted that Lokpobiri is an accomplished entrepreneur with many thriving businesses to his kitty.
His words; “Sir Jonathan Lokpobiri Snr is a distinguished leader, advocate and entrepreneur, renowned for his tireless efforts in promoting peace, innovation and progress in the Niger Delta region. His quest for knowledge has taken him to various parts of the world, including a notable invitation to attend the inauguration of President Trump at the White House.
“He has been a vocal champion for the rights and interests of the ijaw people and the entire Niger Delta region. His examplary leadership has earned him recognition and respect from his peers and the community at large”.
In his speech during the Inauguration, the Managing Director of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Chief Samuel Ogbuku described the new NDENLF chairman as a detribalized youth leader that he is pleased to work with.
Ogbuku urged him to galvanize all ethnic nations in the Niger Delta region to form a common front.
