APC: Lokpobiri suspension laughable, Ex-militants blast Mitin, Others, calls for immediate reversal

A prominent Ex-militants Leader and a Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, Gen. Godspower Mabiko A.K.A the Young Guru, and Edoja Oyeh has condemned with strong terms the suspension of Heineken Lokpobiri by some APC members in Bayelsa state, calls for it immediate reversal before the action plunder the party in the state to deeper troubles.
The Duo in a statement made available to Tarakirivoice today called on Mitin Eniekenemi Senator, and others not to be use by some desperate politicians in the state to cause deeper problems for the Party in the state, “Lokpobiri is a pillar when it comes to APC in the state and he is the current leader of the state as he holds the highest office as the minister of state for petroleum”.
Recall, the All Progressives Congress has suspended the Minister of State, Petroleum Resources (Oil), Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, and the party’s 2019 governorship candidate in Bayelsa State, David Lyon, for alleged anti-party activities.
The suspension extends to the state Commissioner for Power, Kharim Kumoko, Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Peres Biewari, former APC state chairman, Mr Jothan Amos, an ex-officio member of the National Executive Council, Godbless Diriwari and Southern Ijaw APC Youth Leader, Sabi Morgan.
A party stakeholder and APC Chairman, Ward 3 Southern Ijaw, Omiebi Fuoebi, including all ward executive members as well as the APC Ward 4 Southern Ijaw, Mr Claudius Odobu and all the ward executive members, were all suspended by the party.
Briefing journalists separately on Friday in Yenagoa, the state capital, the Chairman of APC in Ekeremor Local Government Area, Mitin Eniekenemi Senator, flanked by the local government executive members, handed Lokpobiri and Kumoko indefinite suspension.
According to the Former Warlord, “When the following Persons were serving as Ministers For Petroleum Resources, the likes of Daniel Etete from Kolokuma/Opokuma, Edmund Daukoru, from Nembe, Mrs Allison Madueke from Yenagoa, and Chief Timipre Sylva from Brass Local government area.We didn’t hear anything about noise from those local government; not to talk of organizing a stupid and idiotic Press Conference against their own.
But today, you are in support of one Press conference, following those who are enemies of progress from the pit of hell, that has not impacted any life in their families, trying to suspend a minister, who has impacted his people and a pillar in the party.
Besides,let me tell you for free, it’s not Mitin’s position to suspend the minister from the Party Leadership.
It’s stupid and mostly idiotic Press Conference, Organized so far in the history of Nigeria politics.
I strongly advise Medical Doctors, to as a matter of urgency should organize free medical check-up, for those who organized the Press Conference either on typhoid or hunger brain tumor, especially for Mitin Eniekenemi and his group”
Godspower called on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ahmed Bola Tinubu, to as a matter of urgency call those behind the unfortunate press Conference to order, “as Ex-militants of the Niger-Delta region, we will not condone any nonsense from anybody, especially those who are very hungry, that their brain is now malfunctioning” he noted.
Edoja Oyeh noted that,the Honourable minister should ignore those behind the call for his suspension as they are hungry fellows, looking for attention.
