Breaking: Ex-agitators calls for Emergency Thanksgiving rally for Tinubu to increase PAP 2025 budget from N65b to N115b

The rally is an appreciation to the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ahmed Bola Tinubu for increasing the presidential Amnesty programme Budget of 2025, from N65B to N115B.
In a circular made available to Tarakirivoice, signed by Engr, Austine, A.k.a small mockey, Frank ko ko and Victor A.k.a Cyrus the virus, is to inform all united Niger delta Ex-agitators, Representatives from the nine state, for an emergency Thanksgiving rally in appreciation of Mr president for increasing PAP 2025 budget from 65b to 115b in Rivers state Government house float gate, port Harcourt, on Wednesday 30/4/2025 by 6a.m.
Recall, Tarakirivoice reports that, there as been lamentation among Ex-agitators in the Niger-Delta as a results of the monthly N65,000.00, stipend. according to the Ex-agitators, the money is too little compared to the prevailing economic realities of the country, and stakeholders and Ex-agitators have called on the president to increase the Amnesty budget to a reasonable amount so as for the Ex-agitators to cope with the current economic situation.
The president, His Excellency Ahmed Bola Tinubu, in is own magnanimity has increased the budget from the initial N65B to N115B.
According to finding by Tarakirivoice, The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr Dennis Brutus Otuaro has refused to increase the monthly stipend of the Amnesty beneficiaries from the N65,000 monthly stipend, even when the 2025 Amnesty budget has been increased.
The Administrator, instead of increasing the stipends of the already captured 30,000 Niger-Delta Ex-agitators in the presidential Amnesty programme, as gone back to re-register new 3,000 persons into the programme from His kinsmen in the Gbaranmatu kingdom, in Delta state. And has blatantly refused call from Ex-agitators to increase the monthly stipends of the 30,000.
According to the organisers of the rally. The event is to draw the attention of the president on the abnormalities going on in the presidential Amnesty programme and to seek for his timely intervention to avoid things deteriorate.
