Delayed Allowance :PAP scholarship student stranded, Laments as Otuaro claimed to clear all students accounts— we are yet to receive our Allowance, PAP students cries

The Beneficiaries of the presidential Amnesty scholarship scheme has yet cried out due to delay in their monthly scholarship allowance.
Recall, Tarakirivoice reported the death of one Miss Favor Benema Godswill a PAP beneficiary of Business administration , 100 Level student of IGBENEDION UNIVERSITY OKADA, Edo state, who was found dead in a hotel room due to hunger as a result of delayed allowance payments for over six months by the Amnesty office led by the Administrator, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD.
A day after Tarakirivoice carry the report of the death of late Miss Favour, and the public out cry for the maladministration of the Otuaro led Amnesty office, he started payment of six months allowance to Beneficiaries of the PAP scholarship students and claimed with different reports that, the Administrator, Dr Otuaro has cleared all scholarship beneficiaries’ bank accounts for the past six months.
Few days after the claimed payment of beneficiaries by the Otuaro led Amnesty office, student from Edwin Clark University who pleaded anonymous speak to our correspondent, noted.
” Is a big lie, our school and some other schools have not received anything, going to over six months, since we dey, dey suffer for hunger take dey read book, this one na scholarship or suffer head, and them talk say them Don pay every body, we! for here, we never see any money for our account”
“Otuaro dey use this programme dey play politics, if not, why him go claim say everybody account don receive the six months allowance, I still dey talk am, I never see anything, today na July 2nd 2025 another month again”
Our correspondent who was present with the students when they called the Human resource person (HR)for the Edwin Clark university in the presidential Amnesty programme in a phone, who said the office is still working on paying the remaining schools that students should exercise little patience that their six months allowance will drop soon.
Tarakirivoice made effort to reach out to the media aid to the Administrator but his number was not reachable at the time of filing this report.
