The Day 6 of the #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protesters took their grievances to the resident of former Governor Nyesom Wike in Port Harcourt.
Wike, the Federal Capital Territory minister, had vehemently kicked against the protest in the Nigerian capital.
The demonstrators have now gathered at the former governor’s mansion in the state capital as the protests enter Day 6, armed with green leaves and placards with various demands written on them.
The protesters had also earlier stormed the All Progressive Congress, APC, State Secretariat, tearing down a campaign billboard of President Bola Tinubu.
In response, the Nigerian Police Force has deployed additional personnel to the area to maintain order and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
