Ex-militants scores Amnesty Boss high, beg  to reinstate  head of peace building

Ex-militants has eulogized the Administrator of the presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD, Begged the Amnesty Boss to reinstate the head of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management unit, Chief Diplomat Adam. E.O.O.Marbo.

Recall, the Head of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management unit, Chief Diplomat Adam, E.O.O.Marbo has been suspended from the Amnesty office on Monday as the unit head.

In a communique signed by Gen. Clement Wodo, Gen. Goddy Kaduna,  and Gen. Abobra Posibi, begged the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, to lift the suspension placed on Adams, and reinstate him back to the Amnesty office, as the head of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management unit.

The Ex-agitators noted ” Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD, is a good man, and means well for the Amnesty Programme, is because of his good intentions, the age long Bank Verification Number (BVN) issues will soon be a thing of the past. He is a product of the struggle and as since shown that he has the capacity to deliver”.

“Dennis is a blessing to the Niger-Delta, President Tinubu really do the region a huge benefit for appointing capable hand like him, The Programme was really going out of track but Dennis through his Leadership quality, has put the Programme on track”

The Ex-agitators has appealed to the Administrator to reinstate the suspended Head of Peace Building and Conflict Resolution/Stakeholders Management unit, Chief Diplomat Adam. E.O.O.Marbo back to his  office. ” Otuaro as a good man, has not made mistake to appoint the likes of Adams to man a department as important and sensitive as Peace Building. Before Marbo became the head of that department, so many have handled this particular department before”

“On so many occasions,there use to be serious conflict between the Ex-agitators and the security men at the gate, there was one of such occasions in the last Administration before Otuaro took over where a beneficiary was beaten to half death by the security men at the gate, and that led to a very serious problem in the Niger-Delta. Since Marbo enters as the head of the Unit that has not been experienced”

“Infact, Adams knows the right word to use to calm the raging nerves, currently in the office there is always a cordial relationship between the beneficiaries and the officers at the gate, unlike before, where a beneficiary has to get a contact from those working inside before accessing the gate. This has created so much peace in the Amnesty office, through Marbo, protest has been reduced to the minimum. Since the inception of Otuaro no protest has been recorded and beneficiaries have been patient, waiting for the complete payment of the BVN issues”

“Through Marbo, the petition that was before the House committee on public Petition against the presidential Amnesty office, in the National House of representatives was withdrawn without any noise from the part of the Ex-agitators, these are fits that former Administrations could not achieve. Otuaro with his eagle eyes, noticed this outstanding qualities in Marbo and appointed him as the head of peace building”

“We are begging on the Amnesty Boss to please reinstate Marbo to complete his good work he has started and this will give the Administration of Otuaro a very good record in the sand of time, in the Niger-Delta “

The Ex-militants reiterated that, at any Administration there are always saboteurs and Marbo is not the one. “We know of a truth that people are sabotaging the effort of the Administrator in the Amnesty office, many in the office is working on how they will make some money from the office but Marbo is passionately working for the good of the  Niger-Delta and how the Administration of Otuaro will succeed”

The Ex-agitators, called on EDGAR  BIU DAVID,
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
(TA), to  the Administrator to behave like an  Ijaw man and fast-forward the payment of the Arrears of the beneficiaries, noting that, if the Administration of Otuaro fails, it will not be good.
