The Federal Government, through the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), has released the list of shortlisted candidates for the forthcoming Computer-Based Test (CBT) for recruitment into the nation’s paramilitary agencies.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Board announced that the shortlisted candidates include applicants for the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), and Federal Fire Service (FFS).
According to the statement, candidates are advised to check their names on the CDCFIB’s official recruitment portal and carefully note their respective examination dates, venues, and other relevant instructions.
The Board further stated that the CBT is an essential phase in the ongoing recruitment process aimed at ensuring transparency, fairness, and merit-based selection across all agencies.
Applicants were also cautioned to beware of fraudulent individuals or groups claiming to influence the recruitment outcome, stressing that the process remains free and strictly merit-driven.
The Board reiterated its commitment to upholding integrity and professionalism in the recruitment exercise, assuring Nigerians that only qualified and competent individuals will be considered for employment into the services.
