“If your must talk, read between the lines” Passman berates self Acclaimed National Chairman, Holds Otuaro in high esteem

An Activist, a social Commentator, Founder of Tarakirivoice, Leader and scribe of Phase II presidential Amnesty Programme, Bayelsa state Chapter, Passman Akpos has berated one Mr Salvation Ibena,who claimed to be The National Chairman of Phase II, to always read, if, he must talk or make any publication.

In a poorly scripted publication as sighted by Tarakirivoice, the said Ibena was calling The Activist, Passman Akpos to make an apology to Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

Recall, Tarakirivoice has reported the Activist, Passman Akpos, in a Publication, inform of an appeal, to the Administrator to have a meeting with the Phase II Leaders, who had a case with the Amnesty office, that was caused by the former Interim Administrator Maj.Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu, that, prompted the Phase II Leaders to write a petition, against the Amnesty Office, before The House Committee on public petition, National house of representatives.

According to PASSMAN, “The matter was not caused by Otuaro but it was the Former Interim Administrator Maj. Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu, who, without consultations with the Ex-agitators,who are the people the programme was created,for, went ahead and paused their monthly stipends payment, delisted over 3,000 Beneficiaries and tagged some Ex-agitators fraud stars, intimated them with the Nigerian Army,in their own programme, which led to the institution of the petition against the Office”

“This so called Ibena, Who is self-acclaimed to be National Chairman, is among those who has been causing the misfortune in the Phase II of the Presidential Amnesty Programme in particular, and in general, the Amnesty Programme. During the tenure of Ndiomu, he attached himself to the former IA, claiming to be working for him, instituted a divide and rule system to concealed dubious track in the name of phase II he has been using to make money in the Amnesty office in the Detriment of Phase II Leaders,  in turn, when the Phase II leaders reacted, the office happens to be the scapegoat”

“He always calculated his self so well, to keep track that only the eagle eye can detect the manipulative tendencies he instituted to out run its victim”

“The Phase II leaders have really suffered so much in the hands of this so called Ibena in the area of missing slots in the Presidential Amnesty Office, some leaders in the cause of disarmament were given like 50 slots, are now receiving  20, 30, 37 as the case may be. For Reference purpose, like mine was also affected which led to 6 missing slots. Instances of some persons whose slots is missing and diverted include;Gen. Gift AGAMENE 22 slots, Gen. John Esuku 25 slots, Joseph Turu 11 slots, Gen. Bright Master Okoria 5 slots, and host of many others with missing slots that are verifiable in the office”

“This very Ibena Rufus Salvation in Connivance with some dubious staffs in the past Administrations made himself a camp leader in an unknown camp name ingia-wuru, a camp that was created out of oblivion, imbedded these loads of missing slots from various camps in phase II, and made it one of the Phase II camp and shared the monies among themselves”

“Here are photo evidence of bank account statement, letters written by the said Ibena to carry out this very dubious act, in the Detriment of majority of Phase II Leaders whose slots are missing.

“In making his point look genuine, he obliged to use the Bank account number of one of the big 5,  to make disbursement of the money”

“The issue of missing slots has caused so much disaffection among Phase II leaders and members of Camp, which have caused rift in one way or the other in the Camp, during the time of Ndiomu, he added more salt to the injury as he delisted more beneficiaries and paused monthly stipends payment and the intimidation of Leaders with the Nigeria Army, that led the leaders to Petition the office before the House Committee on Public Petition in the National House of Representatives”

“Rufus Ibena in keeping track of his already existing dubious act, joined himself with the then Amnesty office, led by the former Interim  Administrator, Major Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu to fight against Phase II leaders, Arrested some of us for the purpose of intimidation in order for him to still holding on the benefit he was already deriving in his dubious act without minding the pains of others. He benefitted greatly in that Administration, at least some of the evidences are the Hillux Vehicle he was given”

“We fought until that Administrator was sacked by the present Administration of President Ahmed Tinubu Led federal Government and God will have it, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD, emerged as the current Administrator”

” As a person, I have seen Otuaro in the few months he assumed Office, so many things have changed for the better, is one of the best Administrator for the programme in the history of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and I admire him and greatly esteemed him for the height he has attained in the Programme for just these few days”

“In my recent comment on the Administrator was for him to fast track, by meeting with those leaders who took the matter to the National House of representatives and that is not to compare Otuaro with Ndiomu as been misquoted by some  dubious people who look at any available avenue to prove a point”

“Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD, still remain my best Administrator of the history of the presidential Amnesty Programme and I shall give him my full support come rain or sun, and I pass a vote of confidence on him”

“I called on the likes of Ibena to carry their cheap blackmail elsewhere ” he noted.
