A frustrated Nigerian citizen, Yerin POPO Adowei, has stirred intense debate across social media after openly declaring that none of her children will ever join the Army, Navy, or Police due to what she described as the harsh suffering and government’s neglect of security personnel.
In a viral post, Adowei lamented the difficult conditions faced by men and women in uniform, saying:
“None of my children go be Army or navy or even police self for this country tahhh!!The suffer too much for this people and Nigeria Government don’t even care about them if them kpai or not self…”
Her comments ignited a wave of responses from Nigerians who echoed her sentiments, describing the country as a “failed nation” that offers little to its frontline defenders.
