Otuaro planned to kill protesters, specifically at Mbiama junction — Amnesty delegates alleged, petition security agents for a peaceful protest

The Reformed Niger-Delta Ex-agitators forum has alleged that the Administrator of the presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD. has planned to kill protesters, especially Ex-agitators who are not satisfy with his leadership style and took to the street for a peaceful protest.
The group in a letter addressed to different security agents signed by it’s National Chairman, Owoupele Oneoriekumoh Owous notify the Security agents to go on a peaceful protest nationwide, especially in the Niger-Delta at the Expiration of the 7- day ultimatum to address the grievances against the Administrator, Dr Dennis Brutus Otuaro.
Some of the grievances as sighted by Tarakirivoice include; (1) Endemic corruption in the Amnesty office, (2) Unfair treatment by Dr Otuaro, Claiming to be part of the struggle (3) Threats to kill protesters at Mbiama junction.
Allegations against Dr Otuaro
(1) Sponsoring criminals to kill protesters, (2) Planning to syphon increased budgetary allocation for personal gain, (3) Bringing in unauthorized persons into the presidential Amnesty Programme.
We request your agencies to investigate Dr Otuaro’s actions, investigate the conduct of DSS operatives attached to the Amnesty office, Ensure our safety during the peaceful protest , Take note of our grievances and demands for Dr Otuaro’s removal, the group added.
