“When he was the chairman of Delta state, based on his fruitful achievements he acted as the national chairman for overtime before the expiration of his tenure as a state chairman. Amb. Kingsley Muturu is a leader who is loved by all, who always embraces peace as a reconciliation mechanism where necessary. That is why he is the peace ambassador”.

The pioneer secretary reiterated that “Whosoever, that is exhibiting or parading himself as a self acclaimed national chairman cannot be recognized as the authentic chairman of the group by the presidential amnesty office, because the facts and figures were stated clearly where Kingsley won the election and emerged the winner”.

“The presidential amnesty office in Abuja under the leadership of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro cannot accept such frivolity which is scandalous, vexatious and injurious act committed by the ELECO because he’s a man I know who always stands for the right and not the wrong. The secretary of the ELECO who was the secretariat of the ELECO body in a statement said that the ELECO chairman rigged the election by adding 4 unaccredited invalid votes to his preferred candidate who scored only 37 votes”

“On that note, the Winner Kingsley Muturu who pulled 41 votes is the winner of the just concluded election. It is evident that, the amnesty office cannot accept such repugnancy with Salvation Ibena Rufus’s contentious position as the national chairman PAP phase 2” he stressed.

He further noted “Practically, if the father figure, Aso Tambo aka Kpala, the immediate past national chairman, now known and addressed as the National leader handed over a hand-over note and official documents to Kingsley Muturu, my question is, where would the self acclaimed national chairman stand? I think, he’s position has been put to abeyance by the entire group to allow Kingsley to rule proficiently”.
