PAP Scholarship Students Pay Courtesy Visit to Ambassador General Preye Ekpebide, Invite Him to Chair 2025 PAP Day Celebration

The National Association of Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Scholarship Students Worldwide (NAPASW) paid a courtesy visit to Ambassador General Preye Ekpebide, National Chairman of PAP Phase 3 and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Security Matters, at his residence in Bomodi, Delta State.
The delegation, led by Comrade Ebidouwei M. Miyenpirigha, National President of NAPASW, visited to formally invite General Preye to serve as Chairman of the forthcoming PAP Day Celebration, scheduled for October 30, 2025. In a show of solidarity and continued partnership, General Preye graciously accepted the invitation, pledging his full support for the success of the event.
During the visit, Comrade Ebidouwei conveyed the regrets of Comrade Lucky O.O. Ukueku, the First Elected Executive Pioneer National President of PAP Scholarship Students Worldwide and Chairman of the PAP Day Celebration Planning Committee, who was unavoidably absent due to prior commitments.
In his remarks, Comrade Ebidouwei commended General Preye for his accessibility, mentorship, and consistent support to PAP beneficiaries, particularly his assistance to Comrade Lucky during challenging periods. He noted that the association remains grateful for General Preye’s dedication to the empowerment and growth of amnesty scholarship students.
The visit concluded with the formal presentation of an official invitation letter to General Preye, who expressed appreciation for the students’ courtesy and reaffirmed his commitment to the ideals of education, peace, and development championed by the PAP initiative.
The students extended their heartfelt gratitude for General Preye’s warm reception and hospitality, describing the meeting as both inspiring and productive.
