A video has emerged that is said to have been taken in the popular East-west road, Mbiama Junction, Rivers state, where an alleged group of Ex-agitators and cult boys, the gang leader who was introduced as the Third-phase factional leader, Elaye Thankgod Dollar Slaboh, on the 16th of April, 2025.
The gang that is allegedly said to have been sponsored by the Administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme, Chief Dennis Brutus Otuaro PhD. to stop aggrieved Amnesty delegates who set to protest against his leadership style as the Administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme.
In the footage of the video as seen by Tarakirivoice,” I have told them not to block this junction, no body should come and block this junction or else!, or else!, you will see, and you will get it from us, this our junction, na we dey here, nobody should block this junction, if you come here to block this junction we go fight you, we go beat you, arrest you give government, we go fire you, if you sustain anything, if na bottle kill you ohh, or anything wey kill you, you don die, but no one should come and block East-west road”
“So we are here to stop anybody that is coming to block East-west road, nobody go block this road, Haa.. Ijaw! In Otuaro government no blocking of roads, Elaye! Elaye! For these eight years wey Otuaro won dey, no more blocking of roads, men dey here, men dey on ground”
At the background somebody said, “Anybody wey do something, collect your money ohhh! Any body wey do something collect your money ! ” this is to indicate sharing of money amongst the gangs members as job well done.
