Veteran Nollywood actress, Rachel Oniga has died at the age of 64.
Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria chairman, Jide Kosoko announced the death of Rachel on his Instagram page.
It, however, not clear the cause of death but it was gathered she died on Friday, July 30.
Oniga was born on May 23, 1957, in Lagos state and began her acting career in 1993.
Oniga, who is from Delta State has stared in many movies such as Chief Daddy, Super Story and Onome.
The veteran actress death is coming at a time that the nigeria entertainment industry is still mourning the death of singer, Olanrewaju Ganiu Fasasi, popularly known as Sound Sultan, who died on 11 july, 2021 from lung cancer.
