Pres. Tinubu mourns late Ifeanyi Ubah

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, who passed away on Saturday.

In a statement released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu expressed his deepest sympathies to the friends and colleagues of the late Senator, the National Assembly, and the government and people of Anambra State.

Senator Ubah, a distinguished businessman and politician, represented Anambra South at the 10th National Assembly.

President Tinubu prayed for the repose of his soul and asked for strength and comfort for his family during this difficult time.

The President’s statement reads: “President Bola Tinubu extends his condolences to the family of the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.

“The deceased was a renowned businessman and politician. He was the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District at the National Assembly.

“President Tinubu commiserates with the friends and colleagues of the late Senator, the National Assembly, and the government and people of Anambra State over this sad loss.

“The President prays for the repose of the soul of the departed lawmaker, as well as for strength and comfort to his family.”

The cause of his death is however is yet to be confirmed as it was gathered that he died in a hotel in London.
