“Every journey embarked upon is expected to reach a destination but not everybody that can reach their destination”
These were the words in sunday’s sermon by Pastor Suru Ebenezer of The Redeemed Christian Church Of God, Triumphant Parish, Bayelsa Province 2, Victorious Army zone in Akenfa, yenagoa Bayelsa State.
Pastor Suru, speaking on the topic “grace to finish well” said, ” there is a grace that is available for somebody to finish well, not every body that started 2022 that is still alive, stressing that, grace to finish well is a gift from God, is not man’s calculation according to Romans 9:16.
Ebenezer noted that, those that are given the grace to finish well, no matter the condition they faced with, they will still survive it.” gift is a grace but gift can be abuse, the greatest gift is the gift of life and salvation. grace can expire when you don’t have regard for God, it can also be retrieved.
He noted that, reputation is what people think about you but character is what you are. stressing that, A man’s offering is a seed and not a donation and that, it will surely come back to him”.”when you treat the offering of the Lord with respect, you will grow in favor and grace 1samuel 2:30, when you honour God with your offering, God will bless you with his blessings.
