The Niger-Delta Ex-agitators have poured encomium on the Interim Administrator of the presidential Amnesty Programme, Maj.Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu.
In a telephone chat with our correspondent on Thursday morning, One self styled Gen. John Esuku who double as The President of Ex-Agitator forum, Niger Delta presidential amnesty programme (EAFND) Abuja. Gen John Esuku is the Leader of Egane Camp 1&2 of the Phase II of the presidential Amnesty Programme, Said Maj.Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu is a God sent and a true son of the Niger-Delta for keeping to his words.
Recall, Tarakirivoice reported the months long battle between some of the Ex-agitators and the Interim Administrator Maj.Gen. Barry Tariye Ndiomu as a result of the failure of the Interim Administrator to pay their monthly stipends due to linking one BVN to multiple accounts.

Tarakirivoice also reported that, the matter was also brought before Ijaw Elder Stateman, PA Chief E.K Clark, that was covered by our correspondent, were He (Chief E.K Clark) resolved the issues between the Ex-agitators and the Interim Administrator.
Ndiomu had promised to pay the monies as a fall out of the meeting in the Elder Stateman, PA E.K Clark Abuja resident.
Speaking to Tarakirivoice, Self-styled Gen. John Esuku of the Phase II of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Said Ndiomu has kept to his promise by Paying the money to the Ex-agitators, describing him as a man that keeps to his word, stressing that Ndiomu is a true son of the IJaw Nation.
Esuku also appreciated the Chief Security Officer (CSO) to the Interim Administrator, Maj. Akpor for standing by the Interim Administrator and for liaseing with the Ex-agitators to bringing the issues to fruitfulness, also the Head of Data, Mr Melvin for their efforts in bringing a lasting solution to the problems between the Ex-agitators and the Interim Administrator. “These are true individuals that work as a medium between the Interim Administrator and the Ex-agitators”. he added.
“Also, I want to use this medium to appeal to the Interim Administrator to pay the whole monies that the office owes the Ex-agitators,like my Camp EGANE Camp 1, the whole slots is 88. I use to fully collecting the money from 2010 December till 2011 December and when the money started going to boys account direct, was from 2012 January. And from that date till now, my 25 slots is missing, some of the staff’s who worked in the Amnesty office, Fraudulently put their accounts numbers against our names. I am still struggling to get back my 25 slots”.
“The Issues of my BVN linked accounts were 52, but what was paid recently as promised by Ndiomu was 31 percent out of 100 percent, so, is remaining 79 percent to be paid by Ndiomu” he stressed.
According to Esuku, the recent monies paid by the office is not a enough to go round to the boys in his Camp, and that at the news of the last payment made by the Interim Administration, all his boys are ready, waiting to receive their monies, as the monies is not enough to go round to the boys, is a great security threat to him, stressing that, this part of the challenges many of his colleague are equally facing.
” I want to also use this medium to beg my fellow Ex-agitators who have not received their monies to please remain calm, as the office is working tirelessly to make sure everyone is paid”.
Esuku called on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ahmed Bola Tinubu to as a Matter of urgency, appoint Barry Tariye Ndiomu for peace in the Niger-Delta.
