Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has faulted the closed door security meeting held on Tuesday, at the Presidential Villa with security chiefs by President Muhammadu Buhari, describing it as the cause of the nation’s problems.
The former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, noted that the meeting was a nepotistic and tribalistic as it does not have a representative of the south east region.
Omokri said that the meeting which was aimed, “to address insecurity in the nation, and especially in the southeast. Yet, not one south-easterner was present in that meeting.”
He said instead of rendering solution to the escalating security issues, “rather, it is the cause of Nigeria’s challenges, alleging that it is a show of “nepotism, tribalism cronyism,” stressing that “how can you shave a man’s head in his absence?”
