A fresh wave of public concern erupted on social media today after human rights activist and humanitarian volunteer, Harrison Gwamnishu, released an emotional statement expressing fears for his safety while participating in joint field operations with security agencies.

In a heartfelt message, Gwamnishu clarified that he had no intention of undermining security personnel or appearing to take over duties meant for trained operatives. He stressed that his involvement in dangerous rescue and crime-tracking missions has always been voluntary, driven by a desire to help save lives.
