Bayelsa state governor, Sen. Douye Diri, has offered scholarship up to Master’s Degree level to the winner of the just concluded Nigerian Idol season 6, Kingdom Kroseide.

Gov. Diri made the offer while receiving the Bayelsa-born talented Kingdom and his team in an Homecoming ceremony at the governor’s office in Government House, Yenagoa.
His words, “We thank God for making it possible for us to receive one of ours who went out there in the name of his community, and in the name of our state, in this competition, and was declared the best, and as the winner of the 2021 season of the Nigerian Idol Music Competition.
On behalf of your government and the good people Bayelsa State, we are proud of you, as you have brought honour to us as a state.
And in appreciation, I hereby announce that you will be on the scholarship of the Bayelsa State Government, as you complete your First Degree. And if you proceed to your Master’s Degree, the scholarship will be extended to your Master’s Degree.”
Recall that Kingdom Kroseide was announced winner of the Nigeria Idol season 6 in the African Magic studio with award of N30, 000,000, a brand new SUV and lots of other entitlements.
