Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Regina Daniels, has appealed to Nigerians to desist from attacking and insulting her mother, Rita Daniels, as reports of a marital crisis between her and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, continue to dominate social media discussions.
In a heartfelt message shared online, Regina expressed deep pain over the growing wave of online abuse directed at her mother, describing it as “unfair, insensitive, and undeserved.”
> “Please, I’m begging everyone to stop dragging or insulting my mother. She has nothing to do with what’s going on in my marriage. The hate and disrespect are too much,” the actress reportedly said.
The 25-year-old actress, who has been married to billionaire politician and philanthropist Ned Nwoko since 2019, has faced renewed public scrutiny following unverified reports of tension in their relationship.
