EPL: Brighton defeat Man Utd 2-1 to stay top of table

Brighton have defeated Manchester United in Saturday’s early kick-off.
The hosts had thrashed Everton 3-0 in Fabian Hurzeler’s first game in charge of the team.
Against the Red Devils, they took the lead through Danny Welbeck.
The former United man ghosted into the box to slide home Kaotoru Mitoma’s low cross.
Amad Diallo levelled for Erik ten Hag’s men, who saw a goal disallowed after Joshua Zirkzee touched Alejandro Garanacho’s finish.
Joao Pedro then headed in the winner in added time, as the Seagulls maintained their top spot in the table.
