Tonto Dikeh Foundation Awards Scholarship, Child Support To MohBad’s Son

The Tonto Dikeh Foundation has expressed its desire to support the son of late singer Illerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad, with a scholarship upto secondary school level.
Mohbad, 27, who died last week on controversial circumstances left a five months old son and wife. The singer’s sudden death and subsequent burial has caused uproar amongst fans online, calling for probe over alleged harassment by members of his former record label, Marlians Records.
Revealing this in a statement personally signed by Amb. King Tonto Dikeh, also disclosed that the foundation has resolved to pay the five-month-old-boy One Hundred Thousand naira(N100,000) monthly as Child Support for a year.
“We are heart broken and join millions of fans all around the world to mourn a shining LIGHT who’s LIGHT was untimely dimmed,” the statement read in part.
The statement further sympathized with the family, “we send our heartfelt condolences to Mohbad fans and family at a time like this and will only hope for divine consolation. God bless you all as we seek justice for the departed,” it added.
